Who we are
Nabous Websites (مواقع نبوس), operated by Mohamed Nabbous, provides website hosting, content management and connected business tools. This policy covers websites.nabous.dev, its management service and our Meta app. Client businesses are responsible for the customer information they collect on their own websites.
Information and purposes
We process account details, email addresses, website memberships, published content and uploaded media to provide and secure the service. Enquiries and checkout handoffs may contain contact details, selected products and fulfilment details supplied by you. Operational records help website owners handle requests and investigate problems. A handoff to WhatsApp does not prove a message was sent or an order was completed.
Cookies and optional analytics
Essential storage supports sign-in, language, consent preferences and cart functionality. Where enabled, optional analytics run after consent and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. They measure page and product activity, checkout steps and technical performance using pseudonymous sessions. Analytics do not collect form values, search text or message bodies. You can withdraw optional consent through cookie preferences. Raw analytics and time-based summaries are retained for up to 90 days; short-lived report caches expire after one hour.
WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram
Direct Meta integrations are being prepared and are not enabled merely by publishing this policy. If you later choose an available connection, we will explain its requested permissions before authorization. Depending on the enabled feature, this may involve your verified phone number or email, account and business identifiers, access tokens, or business messages and media needed for that feature. We use connected data only to provide the functionality you authorize, such as invitations, sign-in or managing business content. We do not sell Meta data or use it for unrelated advertising. We do not request your Meta password. External WhatsApp links are handled by Meta under its own policies.
Sharing and retention
Website owners and authorized team members can access information within their permissions. Hosting, email and any connected service providers process information needed to deliver their services; processing may occur outside your country. Connecting an AI assistant shares the information its authorized tools return with that provider. Account and business records are kept while needed to operate the service, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. Deleted data may remain in restricted backups until those backups expire. We do not sell personal information.
Access, correction and deletion
To request access, correction or deletion of your account or connected Meta data, email mohamed.nabbous@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion” (for deletion), your website address and the email or phone number associated with your account. Never send passwords or access tokens. We verify ownership, confirm the request and explain any records that must be retained. You can also revoke available connections in the relevant provider’s settings; revoking access does not itself delete records already stored here. For a client website’s customer records, contact that business, or contact us to route your request.
