Service and accounts

Nabous Websites (مواقع نبوس) provides websites and content-management tools. Use only accounts and websites you are authorized to manage. Keep credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized access. Website owners are responsible for their team’s access and activity.

Content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of your content and grant us permission to host, process and display it to provide the service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded content and customer data. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, impersonation, malware, unauthorized access or infringement of others’ rights.

Packages and transactions

Features, fees, delivery, renewal and cancellation arrangements are those agreed in your accepted quotation or service agreement. Demos illustrate fictional businesses. Sending a cart or enquiry to a business is a request, not a confirmed purchase or payment. The business is responsible for prices, availability, fulfilment, refunds and customer obligations.

Connected services and AI tools

Optional third-party services, including Meta platforms and AI assistants, have their own terms and availability. Authorize only connections you trust and review changes made through connected tools. Where messaging becomes available, you are responsible for obtaining required recipient consent and respecting opt-outs. We do not guarantee that a third party delivers messages, approves an account or keeps an integration available.

Availability and ending service

We work to maintain the service but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may restrict access to address misuse, security incidents or applicable obligations, and communicate where reasonably possible. Contact us to arrange cancellation and export or deletion of your data. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
